Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: If the unlock does not work, or you paid by mistake, write to us at sanatanlabs01@gmail.com within 7 days and we will refund you. We would much rather return ₹49 than have someone feel cheated by a devotional app.

What you are buying

The purchase is a one-time ₹49 unlock of chapters 3–18 inside the Gita Shlok Path Android app. It is a digital product, delivered instantly inside the app. Nothing is shipped, so there is no delivery period and no shipping charge.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. The purchase is a single one-time payment, not a subscription. No recurring billing is ever set up, so no future charge can occur and none needs to be stopped.

When we will refund you

We will issue a full refund in any of these situations, if you contact us within 7 days of the payment:

The payment succeeded but the chapters did not unlock, and restoring did not fix it
You were charged more than once for the same unlock
You paid by accident, or a family member paid on your device without your knowledge
The app does not work on your device for a reason we cannot resolve
The content is materially not what this website and the store listing described

When we may not refund

Because the content is delivered immediately and in full, we may decline a refund if you have had extended access to the unlocked chapters and the request is simply a change of mind well after purchase. Even then, please write to us — we look at each request individually and lean towards saying yes.

How to request a refund

If you installed the app from Google Play

Google Play handles the payment, so refunds are processed by Google. You can request one directly through your Google Play account (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history), or through Google Play's refund page. Google's own refund policy applies. If Google declines and you believe the request is fair, write to us and we will look at it.

If you installed the app from the Indus Appstore

Payment is processed by Razorpay, and we handle refunds directly. Email sanatanlabs01@gmail.com with:

the Google account you signed in with at checkout — please write to us from that account, so we can match the purchase
the approximate date and amount of the payment
a one-line description of the problem

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account or UPI ID.
