to us about anything — a problem, a purchase, a correction, or just a thought about the app.
What to include
For a purchase, refund or restore problem
- Where you installed the app from (Google Play or Indus Appstore)
- If you paid through Indus: the Google account you signed in with — writing from that
account is easiest
- The approximate date and amount of the payment
For a bug or crash
- Your phone model and Android version
- What you were doing when it happened
- A screenshot, if you have one — if the app showed an error screen, that screenshot is
especially useful
For a correction in the text or meanings
- The verse reference, for example BG.2.47
- What is wrong, and what it should say
We have tried hard to keep the app free of errors, but scripture is vast and mistakes are
possible. If you find one, please forgive us and do tell us — corrections are genuinely
welcome and we act on them.
